The Clearbrook Hospitality group consists of multiple, and growing, Nashville based initiatives including museums, group sales, live entertainment, ticket sales, consumer experience events, and packages.

 

Primary Responsibilities:
This position represents a vital piece of our driven and talented sales team. A successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, be both driven and motivated, with a keen attention to detail, ability to work with a team, and an excellent understanding of a superior standard of customer service. This individual will have the ability to multi-task and support multiple sales representatives/management to reach goals in ticket sales, promotion of packages and experiences, and other marketing and sales related projects with the Group Sales Manager, Representatives, the VP of Business Development and Digital Marketing company.

 

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Telephone ticket sales, confirming accuracy of orders, and issuing invoices

  • Maintain detailed sales records, and compile monthly sales reports

  • Generate new ideas for group sales targets, and marketing initiatives

  • Follow up on all leads provided by staff and by the Nashville Convention Visitors Corporation, Gray Line or outside organizations as it pertains to tour groups and corporate sales or any other sales

  • Assist Group Sales department with new client leads

  • Send feedback surveys and conduct personal follow up calls to ensure groups had a positive experience

  • Assist on-site with group tours at the National Museum of African American Music and Glen Campbell Museum and Rhinestone Stage

 

Qualifications:

  • Passion for the Arts, Culture and Music

  • Motivation to grow their skills and develop as a professional in the hospitality industry

  • Efficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Canva and PowerPoint

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments

  • Ability to prepare appropriate reports, correspondence in a highly professional manner

  • Ability to work independently without close oversight but also a team player who will productively engage with others at varying levels of seniority within and outside of the organization

General Manager– Clearbrook Hospitality, LLC dba Glen Campbell Museum and Rhinestone Stage

The General Manager will oversee and manage this exciting museum and live entertainment venue in downtown Nashville, TN honoring the legacy of Glen Campbell.  Candidate must have experience in operations, commercial profitability and event/production management. The position will ensure the financial success of the museum and will be required to meet performance targets quarterly.  This position will oversee some marketing and sales functions, day-to-day operations and all aspects of planning and execution. This position will also be responsible for creating new opportunities that bring about a robust guest experience while ensuring an overall high guest satisfaction. This candidate will lead a strong and passionate onsite team including museum staff, stage production manager and special events personnel. This candidate will be responsible for delegating, coordinating staff and organizing all key internal functions.  Candidate should have experience in large-scale venue management and have a working knowledge of production. Previous experience in hospitality and/or entertainment a plus with a strong knowledge of key performance indicators.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Manage all business aspects in order to achieve visitor volume, EBITDA and other Key Performance Indicators (KPI) targets

  • In conjunction with the Marketing department, support strong and coordinated deliverables of marketing strategies including promotions, trade marketing, merchandise development, and PR

  • Develops staff

  • Runs the day to day operation for the highest operational standards and product excellence

  • Proposes annual pro forma

  • Proposes business plan and budget strategies

  • Reviews and approves preparation of accounting analysis for all capital expenditures

  • Implements relevant health and safety policies

  • Controls costs to ensure margin consistency

  • Demonstrates excellent commercial awareness and strong P & L knowledge and uses this to establish clear and consistent targets

  • Implements consistent operation of all financial controls achieving minimum standards set by internal audit

  • Lead daily team briefings and demonstrate the group values at every opportunity

  • Motivates and coach’s staff to maximize sales opportunities and ensure secondary spend targets are met

  • Adopts an enthusiastic, assertive and passionate approach to Customer Service, and demonstrates group values at every opportunity

  • Actively encourages and supports new and innovative ideas from all team members on how to improve the business

  • Creates a culture of trust and empowerment

  • Conducts regular audits for all areas of management for best practices

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of senior management experience within an operations and/or retail environment; including a visitor attraction, theme park, museum, hotel, theater or entertainment environment

  • Leadership experience within a business of 1 million+ annual revenue

  • Knowledge of financial reporting, budgets, and forecasting

  • Knowledge of marketing, health and safety

  • Engaging personality and ability to think strategically

  • Strong computer skills

  • Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and multi-task as necessary

  • Possess strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

  • Desire to work in fast-paced environment

  • Must be flexible to work shifts outside normal business hours, may include some weekends, and holidays

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or related field desired
