Retail Store Manager/Buyer
Clearbrook Hospitality, LLC, is looking for a Retail Store Manager/Buyer for our new Rhinestone Boutique brand. This is a pop-up brand that will be home to bling! The pop up will be able to go to conferences, conventions, parties, bridal events and anything bling and will have its own online store in addition to a rhinestone boutique home base.
By becoming our store manager/buyer you will be at the forefront of our luxury business. Its more than maximizing sales, it’s about defining our retail offering and bringing in unique inventory. The position is responsible for driving our business, supporting and developing highly engaged teams and delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring our customer is at the center of everything we do. You will be responsible for driving KPI results across the pop-up store, achieving an effective product balance, exceptional customers experiences and managing a knowledgeable and efficient teams with visual and operational excellence to maximize sales and create customer loyalty.
Duties will include but are not limited to:

Responsible for day-to-day management of pop-up/sales

Responsible for day-to-day inventory tracking, identifying and buying merchandise

Oversee staff

Setting staff targets, motivating them and reviewing their progress

Conduct performance reviews and appraisals

Maintaining detailed and accurate sales and profit data

Dealing with customer complaints and feedback
-
Managing stock levels and participate pricing structures

Work with digital marketing team and management to devise and implement promotional campaigns and look and create business opportunities

Monitor trends to maximize sales in line with seasonal buying patterns

Creative sales ideas and implementation

Leading your team to be as commercial and cost effective as possible, looking for opportunities to drive sales and increase profit across the business brand

Any promotional activity is implemented to the highest standards across the business brand with instructed timelines. Work very closely with our digital marketing team.

Requirements of the position must have several years of experience working in the retail management position. Finance and managing a budget experience a must, in addition POS systems.

Applicants with experience in visual merchandising, design, sales techniques, marketing and buying merchandise is helpful.
Education:

Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or related field desired
