Clearbrook Hospitality, LLC is a subsidiary of Clearbrook Holdings Corp- a diversified management and private investment company. The Clearbrook Hospitality group consists of multiple, and growing, Nashville based initiatives including museums, group sales, live entertainment, consumer experience events, packages, and ticket sales.

 

Primary Responsibilities

This position is the backbone of the company to ensure the efficient running of a sales team.  Applicants must possess organizational skills, phone selling skills, communication skills, attention to detail, motivation, and a natural ability to handle people, disputes, and contract issues. Ability to multi-task and support multiple sales representatives/management.  Coordinate and sell end-to-end service for tickets sales.  Assisting in the development of group sales and seeking business from DMC’s, Event Planners, group travel planners, organizations, and corporations.  Assist in packaging and promoting new group tours experience, and package opportunities as well as marketing initiatives by working with the Group Sales Representative, the VP of Business Development and Marketing Manager.

 

  • Telephone ticket sales, accuracy of orders and issuing invoices

  • Maintaining sales records and compiling monthly sales reports

  • Research corporations, government entities, church groups, DMCs, group travel planners, social directors, student organizations and prospective groups to initiate sales efforts

  • Follow up on all leads provided by the Nashville Convention Visitors Corporation, Gray Line or outside organizations as it pertains to tour groups and corporate sales or any other sales

  • Develop new client leads to help boost group sales numbers

  • Seek opportunities for special partnership promotions

  • Maintain relationships with hotel personnel, including front desk, sales directors, and concierges

  • Send feedback surveys and conduct personal follow up calls to ensure groups had a positive experience

  • Prepare monthly/weekly reports on progress and activities along with reservations reports to management

  • Assist on-site with VIP tours and greeting groups upon their arrival

 

Qualifications

  • Passion for the Arts, Culture and Music

  • Intense motivation to grow their skills and develop as a professional in the hospitality industry

  • Efficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Honeybook and PowerPoint

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments

  • Ability to prepare appropriate reports, correspondence in a highly professional manner

  • Ability to work independently without close oversight but also a team player who will productively engage with others at varying levels of seniority within and outside of the organization

  • Ability to negotiate hotel contracts
